Another long session on the mountain board at Ynyslas. Arrived about half eleven and left at about 8pm. One short break for about half hour late afternoon when the wind dropped for a while, other than that very good. Some real fast North-S runs on a broad reach. Also pleased because I tried an '07 12m Singshot turbo 2 bought from Ebay a couple of months ago. Hadn't even bothered to inflate it till today but was pleased to find it was in really good nick (still 'crunchy') with good bar and lines. Was going to try it and then switch to my trusty 14m 'C' - but it was so good I used it all day. Got some good fast sliding jibes which felt really nice and controllable with the massive depower available on this kite. Unfortunately I got a real sore head - forgot all about sun lotion - didn't notice till I got in the car and felt the burning :(
Gr8 session though - really felt like summer has arrived finally. The mountain board and LEI kite combination seems to be getting real popular at Borth I think there were 4 of us at one point today, and some buggies of course.
